Full-Time Webmaster position to support online marketing tasks. Job duties are related to web site design, development, maintenance, online marketing, search engine optimization, and content management of multiple existing websites. The Webmaster should understand basic search engine optimization principals and support the implementation of strategies including incorporating keywords, H1 tags, copy on web site and implementing editorial improvements to meet company’s online objectives and desired targeted organic search positions. This position works directly with the Online Marketing Manager and Managing Director.

Requirements
• Must be Internet savvy
• Associate degree in related area; Bachelor preferred
• At least 2 – 3 yrs Web development and design experience
• Experience with Google and Yahoo SEO web site submissions
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, templates, and other common programming languages are necessary
• Very detailed and organized - strong command of English language
• MS OFFICE, Dreamweaver, and Adobe software skills required
• Ability to communicate to management team via phone or email
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
• Quick learner - self motivated and able to multi task on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to work well under pressure and deadlines
